Bank of Eureka Springs Changes Name, Expands to Berryville
Charlie Cross, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Eureka Springs, is pleased to announce that, pending regulatory approval, effective Fall 2008, the bank will change its name to Cornerstone Bank. Along with this change, the bank will be expanding its service area with the opening of a new, full-service facility in Berryville.

In order to achieve this honor, a bank must exhibit the best in such areas as capital adequacy, asset quality, stability and other specific requirements, on a continuous basis, over a specific timeframe.
